Bookings, payments and deposit
- The charter contract will be written and sent via e-mail, after booking a yacht.
- The deposit charge is 500 PLN, to be paid right before embarking.
- At client’s request we can charge for a yacht cleaning service (50-100 PLN, depending on the size of the yacht). The shipowner may also charge the client if the yacht has not been cleaned properly.
- Keeping a dog on board is obligatory charged for 50-100 PLN.
Insurance
All our yachts are fully insured in Yacht Casco – that includes liability, accident, personal belongings insurance, as well as YachtCasco and engine theft insurance.
Service on route
We provide service on route or repair of failure at the nearest harbour authorities, with repayment (in case of shipowner’s fault). We choose the option that will put the yacht back on water as fast as possible.
Giving out and returning
Before and after the peak of the season the hours are arranged individually.
The LOK Harbour, Giżycko, in the peak of the season:
Giving out: 17:00-19:00
Returning: 9:00 – 11:00
The Piękna Góra Harbour, in the peak of the season:
Giving out: 16:00 – 20:00
Returning: 9:00 – 11:00
